If you have always thought about volunteering to help with the Music Parents but didn’t want to overcommit, Tuesday is a great opportunity for you to volunteer for 2.5 hours.
The kids sold over 700 bags of trash bags in the fundraiser and there is only about one hour to sort all of them into the proper orders before pick-up. This is about 250 more trash bags than sold last year. I need 12 or more volunteers Tuesday, February 11th from 1:10-3:40. I need 1-2 volunteers from 3:30-5:30. Please let me know if you can assist. I need to know who to expect.
On Tuesday, you will sign in at the front desk at LSW. Tell them you are there to assist with a fundraiser for the Music Parents. Meet in the commons by 1:10.
I have had a number of repeat volunteers the past few years, but several of them have kids that are seniors now and are not involved in the fundraiser. I would really love for some 8th grade, freshman and sophomore parents to assist if you can.
If you have a dolly or handcart, bring it to use during your shift.
